INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 Cup of Nut Butter
- 1/4 Cup Coconut Oil, melted
- 6 drops Monk Fruit Concentrate
- Optional, pinch of real salt to taste
EQUIPMENT
Small Saucepan
Silicone Treat Moulds (or similar)
METHOD
- Place all ingredients into a small saucepan, over low heat and stir together until smooth.
- Pour into small moulds and freeze until set.
- Store them in a glass container in the freezer so they don’t melt.
NOTES
Do not boil or simmer the mixture too high; it will catch and burn.
You can choose any nut butter, almond, peanut or macadamia. All work well.
You can also use stevia or maple syrup as a sweetener or omit it if you wish.
