Nut Butter Fat Bombs

If you are looking for an easy-to-make, high-fat, low-carbohydrate snack or treat, look no further. These delicious nut butter fat bombs will curb any sugar craving while the fat content helps to keep you feeling satisfied. Easy to make and heavenly. 

INGREDIENTS

Small Saucepan

Silicone Treat Moulds (or similar)

METHOD

  1. Place all ingredients into a small saucepan, over low heat and stir together until smooth.
  2. Pour into small moulds and freeze until set.
  3. Store them in a glass container in the freezer so they don’t melt. 

NOTES

Do not boil or simmer the mixture too high; it will catch and burn.
 
You can choose any nut butter, almond, peanut or macadamia. All work well. 
 
You can also use stevia or maple syrup as a sweetener or omit it if you wish.
